The eleventh edition of the World Cup coming to an end. Title only left to fight. Melbourne's take a quick look before the final, the 10-room phainalagulo.

First Final: Lords, London, 21 June 1975.
Australia by 17 runs to win the first title of the World Cup in the West Indies.

Second Final: Lords, London, on June 3, 1979.
England 9 runs in the West Indies won the second.

Third Final: Lords, London, on June 5, 1983.
India won the World Cup in the West Indies by 43 runs unusual.

Fourth Final: Eden Gardens, Kolkata on November 8, 1987.
The first title in a thrilling final rivals England by 7 runs with four wins in Australia.

Fifth Final: MCG, Melbourne, March 5, 1999.
England 22 runs in the Pakistan  won the final game.

VI Final: gaddaphi Stadium, Lahore March 17, 1996.
Former champions Australia, Sri Lanka won by 7 wickets lost. The team won the first World Cup of the chase.

VII Final: Lords, London 0 June, 1999.
Former champions Pakistan by 8 wickets to win the first of three consecutive titles in Australia. It was the second most successful team in the World Cup trophy.

Eighth finals: New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg, March 3, 2003.
Former champions India 125 runs to win the second of three consecutive titles in Australia. They are the first team won the World Cup three.

Ninth Final: Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, April 8, 2007.
Sri Lanka by 53 runs on the Duckworth-Lewis method in the World Cup, Australia won the third and fourth overall.

Tenth Final: Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, April, 2011.
Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in the final for the second consecutive game won their second World Cup in India.
